The Grenada Citizenship by Investment (CBI) Programme was created in 2013. Individuals who obtain citizenship through Grenada’s Citizenship by Investment Programme are entitled to the same rights as any other Grenadian citizen. These include the right to live and work in Grenada at all times, and all the rights associated with membership of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM).
National Transformation Fund (NTF) Option The National Transformation Fund (NTF) has been used to transform Grenada’s economy into one that is ever more prosperous and independent. The NTF finances various projects in Grenada for the benefit of its many industries, including tourism, agriculture, and alternative energy.
Investment Amount:
Real Estate Investment Option Applicants can obtain citizenship by investment by investing in a government-approved project. Applicants can invest US$350,000 in any pre-approved project. Alternatively, they can jointly invest US$220,000 in pre-approved tourism developments to which the developer has already committed 20 per cent of the total expected cost. Applicants who purchase real estate must hold their real estate for five years.
